Partner Program FAQs

Upon closing a property sale, your total commission is calculated based on your current Level Incentive. 25% of that commission is disbursed directly in the current monthly cycle. The remaining 75% is divided into 12 equal monthly bank transfers (ECS), providing a reliable, recurring monthly salary stream throughout the entire subsequent year.
To activate the 1% Balance Royalty stream (Brochure Page 7), a partner must complete a minimum Self Purchase of ₹3,00,000 (such as purchasing a freehold plot at Golden Hill's View). Once activated, you earn an ongoing 1% royalty directly on the matched Left Group : Right Group balanced turnover.
Sales volumes generated by your direct partners and their teams are tracked under your Left Leg and Right Leg. When turnover matches on both sides (e.g., ₹50 Lakh : ₹50 Lakh), you advance to the next Level Incentive tier (9%) and receive the corresponding milestone reward (Foreign Tour). Any excess unmatched volume carries forward automatically to subsequent cycles.
All consultant payouts strictly adhere to Indian Income Tax rules. Commission payments undergo statutory TDS deductions under Section 194H (5% with valid PAN, or 20% without PAN). Form 16A TDS certificates are generated and issued quarterly for clean income tax filing.
